the room had effective air conditioning and heating combination it met the standards for a four star hotel. the restaurant looked great with a very inviting menu and prices. staff members were friendly and helpful

really good stay
thoughtful details wonderful act
The staff ensured our double room was prepared early, a amazing gesture after our journey. upon discovering our recent marriage, the team adorned our room with celebratory decorations. i appreciated the thoughtful details. It elevated our experience. i found that the level of attentiveness quite wonderful. the act was unexpected and welcome.
i noticed that the double glazing in the sash windows failed to fully block out external noise. the street sounds proved somewhat intrusive during the night. future improvements would definitely benefit guests.

drafty room extra parking fee
the room was kinda drafty, even though i cranked the thermostat. it took forever to warm up. also, parking cost extra, i mean really? i wasn't expecting that, and having to buzz to get in and out of the parking gate reminded me of a hassle.

powerful shower clean room
The shower was hot and powerful, i REALLY appreciated that. The room was spotlessly clean. It was very well kept. It had basic facilities, but they were more than adequate for my needs.

fantastic stay!
clean room friendly welcome powerful shower comfortable bedding
The lobby, restaurant, and rooms were impeccably clean. i received a very friendly welcome, and check-in was quick. facilities in my room were basic but more than adequate. the shower was hot and powerful. The bed was comfortable with soft bedding.
The plugs were not fully engaging in the socket. This needs looking at.
